Each Venue can choose to offer coupons, gift certificates, products or services. These offers will be extended to FFML visitors for the “Main Line Loves You” Contest in February and possibly in a FFML sponsor package. The goal is to increase the awareness of participating Venues and Restaurants through the efforts of FFML

Arts Venues Agreement
Standard membership fee is $300, Corporate membership fee is $500 + $60 for Balloons = Total fees $360 or $560

• FFML Arts Venues will be featured on the “Complete List of Arts Venues” page of the website. The listing will included the venues logo, contact info and a descriptive paragraph about the participating business.
• A monthly “Event Listing” will appear in the “Events” section of www.FirstFridayMainLine.com as provided by the artist or venue. (See the artist/venue handbook or website for details.)
• Each Event will also be listed on the “Printable Events List” available to download via the website.
• “FFML Venues” will be listed monthly on the FFML map found on www.firstfridaymainline.com. A printed FFML map is distributed in businesses throughout Ardmore, Bryn Mawr and Haverford.


Arts Venue Responsibilities

• Participating Venues must review the artist/venue handbook. (This can be downloaded from www.firstfridaymainline.com )
• FFML art Venues must commit to host functions/events at their location every First Friday for 9 months from 6pm to 10pm. The events should focus on the visual or performing arts but could also include creative demonstrations beneficial to your business. (With advanced notice, we can help you obtain artists if necessary – See artist/venue handbook for Details).
• The “Participating Members” and “Restaurant Members” will have the first opportunity to purchase map advertising in addition to the business listing located on the map.
• These businesses will include promotional information/displays for other sponsors or community members whenever possible – make a genuine effort to creatively cross-market.
• FFML Balloons – FFML Restaurants and Venues must identify their Restaurant or Venue with Balloons on the night of the FFML events. These balloons are prepaid by balloons are available for pick-up each First Friday by 3:00. We encourage you to coordinate your balloon pick-up with other FFML venues and restaurants FFML and reserved for you at Partyland, 8 West Lancaster Avenue in Ardmore.
